Dr. Rhiannon Fenton, DVM is not just a veterinarian—she is a transformative force in equine health. Combining expertise, intuition, and an integrative approach, she has set a new standard in equine holistic care.
From her early years as a successful horse trainer to earning her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Western University of Health Sciences, Dr. Fenton has developed a deep and nuanced understanding of horses and their needs. She holds certifications in veterinary acupuncture, chiropractic, food therapy, ozone therapy, and reiki, and has personally adapted two human-health modalities to the equine species by pioneering their application through her own innovative, hands-on approach. She is also a published author on equine health, sharing her expertise and insights with a broad audience of horse owners and practitioners.
With formal training in seven additional physical, mental, and emotional health methodologies, USDA accreditation for import/export of all species, and certification as an Applied Clinical Nutritionist (ACN) for humans from Southern California University of Health Sciences, Dr. Fenton evaluates horses through a multidisciplinary lens and develops professionally tailored, evidence-based care plans. Longevity, anti-aging and regenerative cellular medicine are at the heart of the care she provides for her human and veterinary patients.
Beyond her equine practice, Dr. Fenton maintains an active relief role in small animal general practice, urgent and critical care—work that has earned her recognition as a Roo Power Vet and keeps her diagnostic skills sharp across species, demanding real-time clinical judgment under pressure.
