How the Program Works

Your referral must complete all three qualifying steps to activate BOTH rewards:

1 Book & Attend: Your referral books and attends their Physical Exam + Vital Equine Holistic Consultation with Dr. Fenton (They receive $50 off their consult fee at time of service!)

2 Start Protocol: Your referral purchases their customized nutrition supplements within 48 hours of the consultation

3 Complete & Share: Your referral administers the supplements to their horse for the full duration as prescribed by Dr. Fenton AND provides Dr. Fenton with direct feedback about how their horse responded to the protocol!

Eligibility

Referral rewards are available only to current Vital Equine clients with active equine nutrition telehealth appointment history.

New Clients Only

Referred individuals must be new to Vital Equine and must not have had previous appointments or consultations with Dr. Fenton.

Commitment Required

Referrals should be individuals genuinely interested in holistic equine wellness and committed to following through with prescribed protocols. We encourage you to refer clients who share your dedication to comprehensive, natural equine care.

New clients can call us at 310-800-1495 or email us at [email protected]. Our Receptionist Team will handle patient forms and appointment setup.

Program Expiration

This referral program expires on January 31, 2026. To qualify for the referral reward, your referral must contact Vital Equine and book their Physical Exam + Vital Equine Holistic Consultation appointment by this date. The actual appointment may take place after January 31, 2026, but the booking/scheduling must occur on or before January 31, 2026.

Completion Timeline

All three steps must be completed in order: Step 2 (supplement purchase) must occur within 48 hours of the consultation to honor the body's needs at the time of assessment, and Step 3 (protocol completion and feedback) must be completed within the timeframe prescribed by Dr. Fenton.

Referral Discount

New referred clients receive $50 off their Initial Consult fee (Physical Exam + Vital Equine Holistic Consultation) when they mention the referring client's name at time of booking. This discount is applied at time of service.

Protocol Compliance

The referred client must complete the full supplement protocol as prescribed by Dr. Fenton and provide Dr. Fenton with direct feedback about their horse's response to the protocol. Early discontinuation or independent altering of the protocol disqualifies the referral reward.

Verification

Vital Equine reserves the right to verify completion of all steps before issuing credit. This may include confirmation of appointment attendance, supplement purchase, protocol completion, and feedback submission.

Referring Client Credit

The $50 credit for the referring client applies only to their next equine nutrition telehealth appointment booked with Vital Equine and cannot be applied to other services, products, or appointments. Credit is issued after all three program steps are verified complete.

Credit Expiration

Referral credits are applied to the next equine nutrition telehealth appointment booked with Vital Equine. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another client or used by anyone other than the referring client.

No Cash Value

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refund, or reimbursement under any circumstances.

Referral Limit

There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals you can make. However, only one referral credit may be applied per appointment. Multiple credits can be accumulated and used across multiple future appointments.

Referral Attribution

The referred client must mention your name (the referring client's name) at the time of booking to ensure proper credit attribution. Vital Equine cannot retroactively apply credits if the referral source is not identified at booking.

Program Modifications

Vital Equine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this referral program at any time with notice to current participants. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.

Disqualification

Misrepresentation, fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or violation of program terms will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all earned and pending credits. Vital Equine reserves the right to deny credits for referrals that do not align with the spirit and intent of this program.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding referral credit eligibility or application will be resolved at the sole discretion of Vital Equine management. All decisions are final.
