Your Journey Home With Vital Equine Begins Here

At Vital Equine, the path to becoming a new client is intentional and straightforward.

This is a boutique, solo practice — like most other highly sought-after doctors, we maintain a selective intake process to ensure that every patient who enters this practice is a true energetic and philosophical match. In doing so, we preserve the time, space, and depth of care that aligned patients truly deserve, while safeguarding the energy and wellbeing of our doctor who shows up wholeheartedly for every single patient, every time.

If you feel called to a different kind of veterinary experience for your horse, we would love to connect.

We kindly ask that you read this page in its entirety before completing the inquiry form below — every word here is written with intention, in service of your horse's care, your experience, and the standard of excellence this practice is built upon.

Here is exactly what to expect:
  1. The inquiry form below is your first point of contact with Vital Equine. Every inquiry is reviewed thoroughly and with care — Vital Equine is a discerning practice. We are not the right fit for everyone, and that is by design. If we do not find alignment after reviewing your inquiry, you will not receive a response. For those who are the right fit, New Patient Forms are extended by invitation only and serve as your second step — they contain everything you need to know about practice policies, cancellations, fee schedule, consent form, credit card authorization, booking fee, and collection of your animal's medical information. The New Patient Forms are the formal process by which you become an active client. This is how we protect the integrity of the care we provide and honor the horses and humans who are truly meant to be here.
  2. If you are extended an invitation through email, please complete and return your New Patient Forms promptly — we reserve a very limited number of appointments and your spot is held with intention.
  3. Once your completed New Patient Forms are sent to us, reviewed and approved by our veterinarian, we will confirm your appointment date, time, and booking fee — and your horse's care journey with Vital Equine begins!

Not sure which service is right for your horse? Please take a moment to review our Services page before making your selection below — this ensures we can serve you and your horse most effectively from the very first visit. All first visits include a physical exam combined with at least one additional service. → View Our Services

Typical response time is same day during business hours but may change depending on our field schedule. Vital Equine does not provide urgent or emergency care services. Sending this inquiry will not help if you have a life-threatening emergency with your horse. If your horse needs immediate attention, please contact your regular veterinarian or emergency hospital. All inquiries are reviewed by a licensed veterinarian. Responses are not a substitute for standard veterinary or emergency care. Vital Equine reserves the right to respectfully decline new client requests at any stage of the intake process.
