Equine Neuro Emotional Technique
NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body approach used to support horses with stress-related patterns that may affect behavior, comfort, or overall wellness. These patterns can include musculoskeletal issues, internal organ ailments, aggression, hormonal or behavioral challenges, reluctance to eat, difficulty loading into a trailer, sleep disturbances, or responses to environmental stress, abuse, or neglect.
At Vital Equine, NET is offered as a complementary modality alongside standard veterinary care. Sessions focus on identifying and releasing tension or “blocks” in the body and nervous system that may interfere with normal physiological or behavioral responses, helping the body respond, adapt, and maintain balance.
NET is not a replacement for conventional veterinary evaluation, diagnostics, or treatment. All sessions begin with a thorough veterinary assessment to ensure underlying conditions are addressed according to the standard of care.
For more information, the videos below demonstrate the scientific research supporting NET and provide an overview of the process, including what clients and patients can expect during a session
